Driver Dashboard — Redesign & UX Improvement

Redesigned the consumer-facing Driver Dashboard at FixMyCar.com to improve user experience and reduce no-show rates. Enhanced booking management with clearer visibility and status tracking, giving drivers more control over their upcoming services. Introduced user-controlled marketing preferences and easy access to documents and invoices. The dashboard was fully optimised for mobile, ensuring a seamless responsive experience across all devices.

Close Brothers — Agent Portal & Fleet Management

Designed two interconnected B2B SaaS products for Close Brothers Vehicle Hire. The Agent Portal enables service agents to efficiently create and manage vehicle bookings through a streamlined multi-step workflow — from vehicle lookup and service selection to service centre allocation and scheduling. The Fleet Management System provides enterprise-level oversight of the entire vehicle fleet, with tools for tracking MOT compliance, service schedules, recall alerts, regional reporting, and full vehicle lifecycle history.

About

Designer who builds.

I'm a product designer with 6+ years of experience across retail, travel, and automotive. I've worked on everything from consumer booking flows and conversion optimisation to complex B2B SaaS dashboards — always grounded in user research and data.

I recently started my own software development company. My first product, Boundless Society, is a native social app for childfree adults in the UK — designed and built end-to-end with React Native, Supabase, and shipped through TestFlight. It's currently in testing and launching soon.

I'm a self-starter and a certified Mental Health First Aider. At my current role I founded and lead a workplace wellbeing team. I'm focused on growing into a senior product design position.
